Senior Logistics Fulfillment Coordinator (Remote)

The Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator oversees communication with 3PL and logistics partners, managing order-to-cash and inventory management processes. They manage the end-to-end transfer of inventory between domestic and international consignment locations. This efficiency-driven, detail-oriented professional ensures all aspects of order processing, customer satisfaction, and shipment inspections are handled smoothly, collaborating with partners to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs.

Process Management

• Manage the front-end order-to-cash process, from customer purchase order to sales order conversion, to fulfillment and final mile delivery tracking.
• Ensure customer purchase order requests comply with company policies: verify pricing, terms, SKUs, and other parameters. Work with customers, sales, and finance to correct discrepancies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Customer, Sales, and CX teams regarding order status, fill rate, shipping timelines, and any exceptions.
• Log, track, and support finance in fulfillment non-compliance disputes and chargebacks.

Logistics Management

• Manage logistics for inbound and outbound freight for supply chain and retail orders.

Customer and Partner Support

• Monitor retail partner EDI integrations and ensure no interruption to service, escalating to tech support as needed.
• Serve as the customer subject matter expert by reviewing customer sales agreements and routing guidelines, and work with 3PL to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Resolve product or customer service complaints by determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up with cross-functional teams and 3PL.

Functional Alignment

• Ensures that necessary docs (BOLs, packing slips, freight claims, CIs) and special handling requirements are properly executed and communicated (ASNs).
• Regularly monitors and reports on in-transit shipments and ensures deliveries are within SLA.

Order Management

• Collaborate with the Sales & Commercialization team on any marketing promotions, new item launches, and samples.
• Collaborate with the Commercialization team on new item launches and STT dates.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and finance teams on month-end reconciliation.

Education

Degrees/Certificate

Essential:

BA in supply chain management, business administration, or related field

Years and type of experience

Minimum:

• 3+ years experience working in supply chain and/or fulfillment
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of fulfillment and logistics functions (B2C, B2B, shipping & receiving, shipment booking process, import logistics)
