Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at CDAZZDEV. We are looking for a skilled and innovative Large Language Model (LLM) Developer with a strong background in fine-tuning large-scale datasets and experience in building and deploying sophisticated agent flows. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop state-of-the-art AI solutions, optimizing LLMs for performance, scalability, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest research in LLMs and AI agents.
• Design, develop, and deploy agent flows that enable LLMs to interact dynamically and perform autonomous tasks across complex workflows.
• Ensure high-quality data preprocessing and curation for fine-tuning, aligning models with specific use cases.
• Integrate LLM-powered agent flows into broader applications, ensuring seamless functionality and responsiveness.
• Continuously optimize model performance through experimentation with advanced techniques like reinforcement learning, parameter tuning, and system optimization.
• Stay ahead of trends in LLM development, agent-based systems, and advancements in generative AI.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in deployed systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models on substantial datasets using tools such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in building and deploying agent flows powered by LLMs, including context-aware and goal-driven systems.
• Expertise in Python and relevant frameworks for AI/ML development.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration of LLMs into production-level systems.
