In order to grow the Consulting Business Team, Proxima is in the process of hiring Management Consulting Leaders and Managers in key markets in India – Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad
Key responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Engagement: Lead the Business Development initiatives and acquire new clients for Management and leadership Consulting business in the assigned business vertical.
- Proposal Development and Sign-up: Assess the client’s business needs and challenges by interacting with the client leadership team. Based on the information gathered through client and research, prepare a comprehensive POC and closely interact with the client and complete the sign-up process.
- Project Planning and Execution: Plan the project execution in consulting with the Partner and accordingly lead the execution of the project
- Leadership Talent Assessment: Support the Executive Search Business by assessing the shortlisted candidates for the Executive search assignment
- Lead Business Development: Work closely with Pre-Sales team by leading the preliminary discussion with the potential clients
- Revenue and Profitability Target: Achieve the set revenue and profitability target for the respective business vertical
- Team Building and Management: Build strong research and analytics team
Profile
- B.Tech and MBA – Finance / Marketing / HR / Operations
- 5 – 8 years of post qualification experience of which atleast 2+ years in management consulting
- Proven track record of solving client business problems
- Hands-on experience in new business development and client relationship activities
