About the role (your why)
We have an exciting role supporting our wider Group Digital Marketing Team as a Senior Manager Analytics and Performance marketing. This role is responsible for leading the analytics and performance marketing efforts to drive growth and optimise marketing strategies. This role involves using data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, extensive experience in performance marketing, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g. CDP, Google Analytics, SQL and Excel)
- Proven experience in delivering and optimising large-scale marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with content management systems(CMS), analytics platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools with the ability to navigate stakeholder requests effectively. Collaborative by nature, you thrive in large teams, and can break down technical information with clarity and confidence. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to engage stakeholders across various levels, and you approach assignments with the initiative to consistently deliver results. Your ability to network and build relationships within your area of expertise sets you apart as a valuable contributor.
Responsibilities
Enhance business outcomes with actionable insights from data-driven strategies. Accountable for analytics platforms, serving as the vital functional lead within Datacom. Working collaboratively within a cross functional team with UX/UI, creatives, communications, marketers, internal stakeholders and agencies to optimise effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Analytics and reporting:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics framework to measure digital channel and campaign performance
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness
Customer journey analysis & optimisation:
- Map and analyse the entire customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise the customer journey and enhance overall customer experience
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the impact of changes and improvements on conversions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and GTM teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience
Performance marketing:
- Execute and optimise campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, display, social media, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative, content and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
Strategy development:
- Share insights to deliver and execute data-driven strategies, that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation within existing and new digital channels
Team leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analytics and digital specialists
