This role will manage paid advertisements, across all channels, as well as handle website maintenance and optimization, search engine optimization, email workflows, content strategy, and overall top-of-the funnel lead generation. The main goal in each of these channels is to generate leads across all of Trax’s solutions and regions. The role will work closely with product marketing, corporate marketing, event marketing, and creative and design teams, as well as external advertising agency, content writers, web developers, and SEO agency. The role requires a proven leader with experience in driving engagement and acquisition. The ideal candidate has a creative mind, can-do attitude, passionate about CPG brands, and a successful track record of digital marketing.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, global business. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once with a lot of context switching, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. A solid understanding of the retail technology landscape is an advantage in this role.
This is a remote role, in the US.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the website owner, setting direction and strategy for Trax’s website properties (corporate, Shopkick and regional sites), including ongoing updates, maintenance, recommendations, A/B testing, and overall performance.
- Lead, develop, and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, working with external agency to support SEO, across global sites.
- Establish, manage and execute all paid media strategy, maintaining consistent branding and generate new leads, across various channels (LinkedIn, Meta, out-of-home, Reddit, G2, various publications, etc.), including creative concepting, copywriting, audience targeting, etc.
- Experiment with and establish new distribution channels and media to distribute and amplify content and thought leadership.
- Create and execute content strategy that aligns to paid media, website and SEO needs.
- Develop email workflows for lead generation, re-targeting, nurturing targets.
- Track, measure, and analyze all global digital initiatives – including traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics – to report on marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with sales organization to understand target audiences, messaging and ABM accounts to advertise and market.
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting on lead generation efforts from website and digital properties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant work experience including experience in integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of website optimization best practices, including keyword research, A/B testing, and user experience testing
- Experience managing paid advertising efforts
- Confidence communicating across a matrixed ecosystem of stakeholders
- Expertise in tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
