About the Role:
The Senior Manager, eDiscovery Account Manager, will be responsible for pursuing new projects and volumes from existing client accounts within Conduent’s Legal, Compliance & Analytics (LCA) division. This role focuses on generating impact revenue from our MSA’d clients by growing relationships, cross-selling add-on and new capabilities, and capturing new projects.
Responsibilities:
- Growing relationships with Conduent’s clients through cross-selling existing add-on/new capabilities and capturing new projects using consultative selling expertise.
- Establishing a territory plan to achieve revenue goals, providing accurate, complete, and timely submission of required pipeline reports and forecasts.
- Supporting the development of marketing plans that appeal to customers, aligning with revenue and profit objectives.
- Representing the organization with executives and clients, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external constituents.
- Developing and implementing account strategies, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials and proposals.
- Tracking and reporting on sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM systems.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for growth, and securing net new eDiscovery work/projects from existing clients.
- Specialising in healthcare, financial services, telecom, technology, or other data-intensive industries with subject matter expertise in eDiscovery and solution selling.
- Achieving aggressive business development goals, growing, and managing a thriving portfolio with strong organizational skills.
- Leading account strategy, planning, relationship strategy, and effective partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for using technology-based solutions to enhance client operations.
- Holding an undergraduate degree; an advanced degree is desirable.
