Position Overview
Phil is seeking a Senior Manager, Healthcare Provider (HCP) Experience and Adoption specializing in provider and field engagement to join our dynamic team. This critical member of our team will support HCP experience metrics and growth by working cross-functionally to design and optimize HCP engagement programs, educational strategies, and materials. Additionally, this role will work closely with our clients to create and execute programs and sales trainings that drive HCP adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and measure HCP experience (qualitative and quantitative), providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Be a key member of a cross-functional team (product, ops, biz ops, etc.) focused on HCP experience.
Develop and implement a comprehensive HCP engagement strategy to improve HCP experience for Phil providers.
Drive the development of provider focused messaging that effectively communicates to our clients and end users.
Create educational plans and campaigns to drive adoption of programs among healthcare professionals and field representatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling materials, including, training presentations, brochures, and digital content, focused on HCP education and program adoption.
Manage the end-to-end strategy and execution of field training programs for clients, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance standards.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving HCP experience, increasing program adoption and differentiation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on Healthcare Provider engagementStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing healthcare marketing
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
