About Our Client
A leading contract lifecycle management platform is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to help drive success for the marketing team. This role is crucial for streamlining marketing processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and managing essential data strategies to support pipeline and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience building, scaling, and optimizing modern marketing operations, with a solid understanding of the sophisticated tech stacks utilized by companies with $150M+ ARR. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in execution to drive impactful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Marketing Technology Management
– Oversee and optimize traditional marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo (and Bizible), 6sense, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
– Manage and oversee data enrichment and data automation/engagement tools to ensure teams have current and actionable data.
– Evaluate and implement new tools as necessary to enhance efficiency, improve campaign performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Campaign Tracking, Attribution and Reporting
– Reimagine the tracking framework to ensure accurate data capture across all digital touchpoints, including custom event tracking, UTMs, and pixel implementation.
– Possess a foundational understanding of website structure, basic coding concepts, and the integration of data tracking/capture within websites to support effective implementation and troubleshooting.
– Support the refinement of the marketing attribution strategy by evaluating and applying various attribution models. Ensure the optimization of data usage from Bizible and UTM parameters to produce clear, actionable insights into campaign performance.
– Collaborate with the BI team to develop and maintain a KPI and ROI reporting cadence for all marketing functions (Growth, PMM, Comms, etc.).
Data Management, Privacy and Compliance
– Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to oversee consent management practices, maintain data privacy standards, and ensure marketing campaigns are executed responsibly within regulatory frameworks.
– Drive data currency, quality, and accuracy through regular contact and account enrichment.
– Ensure all marketing operations comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
What is expected
– Minimum of 6 years of marketing operations experience in a SaaS startup environment.
– Advanced knowledge of Salesforce for campaign reporting and dashboards.
– Hands-on experience and current advanced understanding of Marketo is essential (Marketo Certified is a plus).
– Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
– In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the 6sense platform.
– Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
– Experience working alongside (or as part of) a marketing team, understanding the end-to-end process of building and measuring integrated marketing campaigns.
– Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and clearly communicate timelines to the team and stakeholders.
– Data-driven mindset. Experience and interest in reporting, with the ability to interpret data to optimize marketing strategies.
– Strong communication skills. Experience in presenting recommendations and outcomes to senior leaders, along with an interest in mentoring others.
– Ability to identify areas of opportunity, analyze them, and proactively propose solutions.
– Passionate about marketing operations and technology, with an eagerness to stay updated on the latest trends.

Salary Range
$170,000 – $200,000
