Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted consultant to auto finance clients, guiding them on maximizing product value to achieve their business objectives.
- Customer Training: Facilitate training sessions to onboard clients onto new delivery platforms, ensuring they grasp product features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Develop and oversee product roadmaps that chart the progression of our data products, aligning them with the unique demands of the auto finance sector.
- Client Feedback Integration: Gather and prioritize client feedback concerning data requirements, usability, and potential enhancements, ensuring these insights drive product development.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the design and implementation of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Market Research: Execute competitive analysis and market research within the auto finance space to guide product decisions and strategic direction.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of data utilization in decision-making processes.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and managing large, complex datasets; fluency in MS PowerPoint is also necessary.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, as well as SQL is preferred.
- Strong foundation in SaaS product ownership.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA is advantageous).
- Extensive experience within the auto finance sector.
- Proven SaaS customer success experience, particularly in client-facing roles as a subject matter expert.
- Leadership experience encompassing talent management and development is preferable.
