Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of email marketing specialists, cultivating an atmosphere of growth, innovation, and excellence.
• Campaign Oversight: Direct the creation and execution of impactful email marketing campaigns that resonate with client objectives and yield measurable outcomes.
• CRM Strategy Formulation: Design and deploy comprehensive CRM strategies utilizing HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo to elevate client success.
• Customer Experience Optimization: Craft and refine tailored customer journeys through strategic segmentation and targeting.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary authority on CRM and email marketing for clients, delivering strategic insights and best practices.
• Database Integrity: Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of client contact databases.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance metrics and deliver actionable, data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Market Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in CRM and email marketing, particularly regarding HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and email marketing, including at least 3 years in an agency environment and 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Proven capability in crafting and executing original campaigns that align with client aspirations and generate exceptional results.
• Mastery of HubSpot, encompassing the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Proficient CRM management experience with a strong focus on HubSpot, and familiarity with Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong aptitude for analyzing sales and marketing data within CRM platforms to inform strategic decisions.
