Key Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and implement robust marketing communications plans that align with product launches and ongoing promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency.
- Spearhead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, content, and traditional media.
- Uphold brand integrity by ensuring consistent messaging and overseeing the development of comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials that engage healthcare professionals and consumers alike, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the commercial marketing team to manage public relations efforts, building relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.
- Organize and execute industry events and conferences, handling all logistics and promotional activities, and ensuring thorough post-event engagement.
- Direct the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns, to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
- Create patient-centric marketing materials that educate individuals about kidney stone treatment options.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, presenting insights and metrics on engagement, lead generation, and overall ROI.
- Manage the marketing communications budget effectively, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
- Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all communications.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation capabilities, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with effective listening and program evaluation abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and automation platforms, including SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
- In-depth understanding of brand positioning and the ability to devise strategies that differentiate products in a competitive market.
- Proven track record of creating engaging and impactful content across various mediums.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements, along with experience in professional and patient marketing within the life sciences sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of marketing communications experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing communications role specifically within the medical device industry; experience in urology is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for professional initiatives and events.
- Proficient in PC-based office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
