• Strategic and Operational Initiatives
  • Support strategic decision-making through analysis, with a focus on distilling key insights into usable data for cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization and develop a deep understanding of Mavely’s business model, including unit economics, product and market strategies, competitive context, and internal processes
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives through a combination of business partnering, analytical insight, and project management

• Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Build sophisticated financial models and synthesize outputs into concise presentations to drive executive and board decision making processes
  • Develop sustainable and rigorous processes for ongoing financial reporting and review
  • Manage budget variance analysis processes with the C-suite and department level heads

• Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to holistically assess the influencer marketing landscape, including TAM sizing, market share analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization to develop build / buy / partner analyses based upon the company’s strategic objectives while developing and maintaining corporate development processes
  • Support the transaction execution process from end-to-end, including cross-functional diligence, deal structuring, valuation, business case models, and negotiation

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus
• 3-6 years of experience in a combination of investment banking, private equity, financial planning and analysis, or corporate finance

• Expert Excel skills; extensive experience building three-statement financial models and analyzing large data sets
• Excellent communication skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
• Effective project and process management skills; highly organized, independent, and self-motivated
• Ability to think creatively and critically, and thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous work environment while maintaining high standards of work quality
• Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Influencer Marketing industry experience is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of company policy, goals and standards
• Ability to perform the job safely & with respect for others, for property, & for individual safety
