” Senior Manager – Offensive Security / Red-teaming (Remote 90% of time – 2 day trips PM Cork) “

Do you have what it takes to provide a ‘big-picture’, holistic view of a complex, Global organization from the perspective of an adversary??

This exciting role will have a core responsibility relating to leading ‘Red Team’ Operations, to include —

Overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of Red Team engagements (i.e Penetration testing, Vulnerability assessments, simulated Cyber-attacks etc).

My client have an unwavering commitment to continually improving the ‘Security posture’ of their Organisational landscape.

The shortlisted ‘Senior Manager’ will ‘Create & implement’ comprehensive Red Team strategies / methodologies to effectively test and improve the organization’s Security posture.

The successful candidate will ultimately play a pivotal role in my clients concerted efforts to be proactive in their efforts to protect their ‘Attack surface landscape’!

Offensive Security Testing / Red Team is a concept that is very much engrained in the ‘DNA’ of my client’s thinking when it comes to ‘Cyber Security’ & they now feel the addition of a ‘Senior Manager’ makes sense as they continue to mature their ‘Cyber Security Roadmap’.

You’ll get to support the “Information Security capabilities & Compliance” across various units (and Enterprise IT organizations) within this ever-evolving Global organisation & be a key member of their Cybersecurity team.

Reporting into the ‘Senior Director – InfoSec’, the successful candidate will ideally have –

• A deep understanding of ‘Offensive Security’ techniques

• A strong background in Cybersecurity

• The ability to manage and mentor a team of security professionals.

• This role is critical in identifying and mitigating potential security threats to my clients organisation.

From Day One, you’ll help represent the Cybersecurity team on various projects and boards.

The Senior Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s information and systems by overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of Red Team engagements, including Penetration testing, Vulnerability assessments, and simulated Cyber-attacks.
