The role
This role has a broad remit spanning the delivery of the Direct Distribution strategy and uplifting the strategic capabilities required to successfully compete in the Direct channel. This encompasses enhancing our partner and customer experience, as well as developing our digital roadmap to uplift our digital capability.
In your capacity as Senior Manager, Partnership Operations the core functions of your role will be:
- Strengthen Hollard’s strategic alliance capability so that we consistently meet the expectations of our customers, partners, regulators and shareholders
- Design and deliver strategic initiatives including digital, data and business model innovations
- Driving continuous improvement, through simplification, consistency and automation in our systems, processes, and ways of working within the Direct team and our interfaces with our partners and other Hollard functions
- Contributing to disciplined prioritisation and implementation to execute on our strategy
- Ensuring a robust operational control environment to meet our regulatory and contractual obligations
- Lead a high performing team of program delivery and customer experience design professionals
About You
- Significant experience in the general insurance industry
- Tertiary qualification in business (e.g. MBA) and project or change delivery methodologies would be highly regarded
- Experience in strategy execution including delivering complex programs of work and managing delivery and delivered/operational risk
- Experience in operating model design, process re-engineering and improvement
- An in-depth knowledge of business analysis, project management, change management, customer experience design and human centered design thinking methodologies
- Extensive experience in the Australian General Insurance industry (both Personal and Commercial lines) and knowledge of our key competitors and the regulatory landscape.
