What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and implement quality initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational goals
• Create and maintain educational resources for field teams and medical practices on quality measure requirements
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead targeted quality improvement initiatives to address gaps in care

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in healthcare quality
• Familiarity with NCQA/HEDIS quality measures
• Experience in a start-up or rapidly evolving environment with adaptability to change
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Strength in Agile and/or PMP methodologies or other comparable industry certification
• Experience in provider operations, clinical strategy, or clinical operations
• Background in healthcare roles related to value-based care
