Vacancy: Senior Manager Sales Operations
What You’ll Do:
- Establish and develop the sales operations department, focusing on training and enhancing the capabilities of the sales operations team.
- Manage the sales process and risk control, particularly across key stages from lead to payment, including customer management, opportunity tracking, quoting, contracting, and delivery, to improve the conversion rate of vehicle demand for travel agencies and SMEs.
- Collaborate with the technology, product, and sales teams to lead and oversee the deployment and implementation of the CRM system.
- Conduct sales data analysis, prepare key reports (e.g., weekly and monthly business analyses), leverage data and user feedback to propose and implement improvements, and establish a comprehensive business data framework.
- Refine and optimize business processes, identifying key nodes and bottlenecks in marketing workflows to drive continuous improvements for higher efficiency while ensuring seamless cross-departmental coordination.
- Provide sales support for travel agency and SME clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a QS Top 500 university, with fluent English speaking and excellent writing skills; candidates with study-abroad or overseas work experience are preferred.
- Over five years of overseas sales operations experience and more than seven years of team management experience.
- In-depth understanding of sales operations processes and a strong sensitivity to data.
- Proven experience in CRM system implementation.
- Exceptional customer service awareness, strong team spirit, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in travel, SaaS, tourism, logistics, cross-border trade, or cross-border logistics is preferred.
