What will you do?

Stock Management
– Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, while maintaining optimal levels for efficient operations.
– Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory and orders to meet customer demand.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and finance, to forecast demand accurately and ensure adequate stock levels.
– Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all incoming goods and materials.
– Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, to maintain accurate inventory records and efficient product flow.
– Analyze order data and fulfillment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
– Manage vendor relationships and oversee the selection and performance of third-party logistics providers.
– Prepare reports on inventory, order status, and fulfillment KPIs for management.

Fleet management
– Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of all vehicles, parts, and equipment in the warehouse.
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
– Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with the fleet management and procurement teams.
– Manage the warehouse budget and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
– Manage efficiencies within the fleet to ensure smooth operation.
– Optimize routes and obtain competitive rates for the rented fleet.
– Manage healthy business relationships with Fleet operators.
– Overlook the order fulfillment duties in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Technical skills:

Education
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field
