Responsibilities:
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Develop strategic multi-channel market development plans and messaging, manages internal and external resources, influences cross functional partners to execute plan, meeting company objectives across appropriate audiences for your assigned condition(s).
- Develop programs to increase awareness of lymphedema, venous/lymphatic disorders, and/or respiratory conditions within indications of company product portfolio and assigned markets; identify successful protocols for screening, diagnosis, treatment and adoption of our products, disseminating codified best practices to key stakeholders.
- Equip the sales organization with resources and tools to support their efforts.
- Target and activate patients by working to ensure complete, relevant, and actionable education and messaging is available to those seeking solutions online or in clinician offices. Become an expert on the patient treatment journey. Identify and partner with advocacy organizations.
- Serve as market subject-matter expert within the organization, informing market strategy, medical education, and clinical evidence generation.
- Develop and manage relationships with clinical thought leaders/KOLs and societies to influence society meeting content and standard of care/guidelines development, raising awareness of your assigned conditions health and treatments.
- Develop and maintain expert understanding of market landscape, clinical developments, payer/DME landscape, and competitive intelligence; works collaboratively across the business to advance business needs.
- Develop and coach top talent within the marketing and sales organization to ensure proper development, communication, understanding, and adoption of best practices; co-travel to uncover unmet needs.
- Maintain and grow strong field sales team relationships to promote mutual information sharing and ensure alignment of market development and field execution goals.
- Drive initiatives and projects to completion on-time and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
- Travel up to 35%.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related life science field.
- 5+ years of marketing or sales experience in medical device field with increasing levels of responsibility.
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with vein specialists and vascular surgeons/treating oncologists, interventional products, VA or DME.

- Demonstrated ability to lead business initiatives to a successful result, leading resources effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically create and analyze business metrics and make informed action plans
- Strong clinical competency and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed, internally motivated and driven.
- Proven ability to quickly assimilate complex subject matter and communicate it to others.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the organization.
- Particularly adept at working closely with field sales, market influencers, physicians, and patients.
- Effective formal and informal presentation and facilitation skills in a variety of settings.
- Excellent follow through, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate’s location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.: $113,300 – $169,890 Additional benefits:: exempt – Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
