The Role

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and optimize marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and manage marketing technology platforms and tools for streamlined processes.
• Develop and enforce operational best practices to support marketing strategies.
• Analyze and report on key marketing metrics to drive data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration.

What You Bring To The Table

• Extensive experience (+6 years) in marketing operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating data and transforming insights into action.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
