About The Role

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will shape our digital marketing ecosystem, managing tools like Salesforce and Hubspot. This newly created role reports to the Head of Marketing Operations and involves mentoring two team members, offering a well-rounded exposure to various marketing functions. You will play a critical role in integrating marketing activities with sales strategies, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee CRM management, focusing on Hubspot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
• Establish and enhance reporting mechanisms to track marketing activities effectively.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to align marketing with broader business objectives.
• Supervise a team of specialists, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Track digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights for constant optimization.
• Interface with key stakeholders, including Sales Leads, BDRs, Rev Ops, and Sales Ops, to drive strategic initiatives.

What You Bring To The Table

• Solid experience in B2B and SaaS marketing operations, with a comprehensive understanding of various marketing functions like events, content, paid media and email marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM tools.
• Proven track record of working across departments, especially sales operations and revenue operations.
• Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Ability to mentor and drive a team, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with a wide array of stakeholders.
