Senior Marketing Automation Consultant (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant to join our team and support clients in maximizing the value of their Adobe Experience Cloud investments.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing strategies, and technical requirements.

• Build and integrate workflows, templates, and data models to support marketing automation.

• Work with client teams to integrate Adobe Campaign and AJO with customer data platforms, CRMs, and other external systems.

• Provide ongoing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

• Deliver training sessions and workshops to client marketing teams, enabling them to utilize Adobe tools effectively.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for campaign execution issues.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report on project progress and challenges.

Challenges: As an Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective marketing automation strategies using Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of campaigns, from requirements gathering to solution delivery, ensuring seamless integration of data, personalization, and automation to enhance customer engagement.

This role requires both technical expertise and strong consulting skills, as you will be advising clients, solving complex marketing challenges, and ensuring successful campaign execution.

Competence

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in a consulting or client-facing role.

• Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for custom campaign development and API integrations.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to have:

• Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.).

• Familiarity with CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party data integrations.

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment with multiple clients and projects.

• Knowledge of marketing technology trends and innovations.
