Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The KPI Institute is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. In this role, you will also assist the Marketing Manager in daily tasks and help streamline the marketing department’s activities. Your strong marketing understanding, creativity, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event marketing, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM efforts and work closely with web development to improve site traffic and engagement.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and engagement strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Brand Management & Communications:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing public relations efforts, including press releases and media outreach.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing collateral for events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in day-to-day operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing Manager and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and project flow.
  • Help oversee junior team members and interns, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to support ongoing projects and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced familiarity with key marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, MailChimp, Hotjar, …etc.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, even under tight deadlines.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in education, consulting, or performance management.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm is a plus.
  • Proficiency in market research, analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), customer segmentation, marketing, and sales funnels, as well as automation tools.
  • Previous experience with event management, webinars, and PR campaigns

Employment type: External Collaborator/Independent Contractor

Starting date: To be discussed after an interview.

Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months probation period.

Working hours: Up to 40h/week.

Working schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
