Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead targeted outbound demand generation efforts. This role requires close collaboration with our sales team to craft and implement personalized campaigns aimed at engaging high-value accounts, building a robust pipeline, and stimulating revenue growth. If you have a passion for data-driven marketing, campaign optimization, and executing strategic initiatives, this position is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and prioritize high-value accounts in alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Design and implement customized outbound marketing campaigns targeting specific accounts and buyer personas.
- Oversee cold email campaigns utilizing tools such as Smartlead and HubSpot, with a focus on developing compelling and conversion-optimized messaging.
- Create sales enablement materials including templates and collateral to support outbound initiatives and synchronize with sales strategies.
- Work alongside content, design, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously analyze and refine outbound processes, tools, and strategies to maximize effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in outbound demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or sales enablement.
- Proven track record of developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns that successfully drive pipeline and revenue, particularly targeting enterprise accounts.
- Proficient in using platforms such as Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar, with a solid understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Exceptional copywriting skills that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
- Experience collaborating effectively with sales teams to achieve common objectives.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach to tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Familiarity with developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), account targeting, and creating sales collateral.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience within SaaS, IT, or security sectors focusing on enterprise or technical buyers.
- Familiarity with ABM frameworks and tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus is advantageous.
- Expertise in enhancing cold email campaign performance is a plus.
Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary Range: (120,000-)150,000 annually*
- Salary is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location, reflecting a range that supports diverse backgrounds.
