JOB SUMMARY

Donovan+Associates, LLC, dba Donovan Digital, is seeking a versatile and driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives for B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of agency experience, a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, and a hands-on approach to strategy and execution. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in Florida, preferably in the Tampa Bay area.

This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, contributing directly to client projects and driving results across various channels. The position also demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution with a focus on billable client work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored marketing strategies to meet their needs.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

• Collaborate with the agency team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including content, email, and social media strategies.
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of marketing assets, such as reviewing and editing content, drafting communications, and managing campaign execution.

Multi-Functional Contribution:

• Support various agency projects, wearing multiple hats as needed (e.g., campaign management, analytics, content development).
• Maintain billable hours by contributing directly to client deliverables.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Prepare and present client reports, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Operational Support:

• Assist in streamlining internal workflows and improving processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 10 years of agency experience, with a focus on B2B clients.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a small, close-knit team.
• Residency in Florida is required; candidates in the Tampa Bay area are strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
