The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive and optimize our SEO, product marketing, social media, content, and online presence. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand visibility and engagement, expanding our reach, and supporting our growth goals. You’ll guide SEO strategies, develop product marketing initiatives, oversee social media and content marketing campaigns, and manage online profiles, working collaboratively across teams to align efforts with broader business goals. In this role, you will take charge in creating impactful marketing strategies, overseeing and executing campaigns, and partnering closely with the team to improve our online presence. You’ll have the opportunity to influence and expand Inspira’s reach and impact across various channels, positioning the company for long-term growth. This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy to enhance search rankings and visibility, drive organic traffic, and optimize website performance
- Manage product marketing initiatives to enhance positioning and messaging across digital channels, ensuring a strong product presence that resonates with target audiences
- Develop and manage content and social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content to build brand awareness and foster community engagement
- Oversee the creation and optimization of online profiles, bios, and other digital assets to ensure consistent brand representation across platforms
- Partner with sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team to align marketing strategies, optimize the customer journey, and increase lead generation and conversions
- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels; use data-driven insights to optimize content, refine audience targeting, and improve engagement metrics
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-informed enhancements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on campaign targets and maintain alignment with company goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, product marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Demonstrated experience in a startup environment, managing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive B2C or D2C growth
- Expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, and search performance analytics
- Proven ability to create compelling product marketing content that aligns with brand objectives
- Skilled in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement
- Strong data-centric decision-making skills, with experience using analytics to refine and improve marketing effectiveness
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and social media management platforms
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
