About The Company
Our client is a small family-run adtech start-up , aimed at promoting discounts and offers to those who need them most: people with registered disabilities, This is an adtech company who want to give back to the community.
They are now seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help drive their growth.
About The Role
The Senior Marketing Manager will drive the marketing strategy, to deliver measurable results through creative, data-driven marketing approaches. They will manage and guide the small marketing team, ensuring alignment on goals and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the marketing and PR strategy for brand reputation, positioning and user memberships
- Setting and measuring marketing objectives and performance KPIs
- Multi-channel campaign planning, execution and analysis
- Collaboration and relationship management with brand partners, charities and organisations within the disabled community
- Ensuring consistent messaging and tone of voice
- Identifying and securing media and thought leadership opportunities for the company
- Market research, insights and analysis
About You
We are looking for an experienced Marketer who can drive growth and engagement, and who enjoys working in a start-up environment.
Key requirements for this role are:
- Experience in Affiliate marketing and partnerships
- Ability to secure media coverage and build a brand from scratch
- A data-driven and analytical approach, with knowledge of analytics tools
- Highly knowledgeable about the disabled community and living with disabilities
- Inspirational team leadership
What’s On Offer
The role is paying up to £60k pa, offers 25 days holiday a year and is fully remote within the UK, although occasional travel to the London area will be required.
