To help fuel our continued expansion, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in a hands-on role overseeing the digital marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to shape our digital strategy, encompassing all paid channels, including but not limited to search, display, social, and content syndication to take our digital demand generation capability to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have worked with advertising agencies to drive demand awareness that converts into sales ready leads. This also entails testing hypoetheses, tracking, analyzing, and accounting for the effectiveness of each digital touch point and campaign and identifying areas for improvement.
The Senior Marketing Manager is a highly collaborative position that will coordinate internally across the marketing, sales, and partnership teams and externally with agencies, contractors and media partners.
Location: This role is remote and open to individuals in any Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.
Requirements
- Drive and coordinate integration of digital strategy across all channels while optimizing spend.
- Manage assigned paid media budget to optimize spend for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, and strategies, while optimizing visitor and customer experience.
- Manage online and external agencies using performance-based metrics and acting as a key liaison between the marketing team and key stakeholders to drive measurable business results.
- Measure the growth and effectiveness of digital marketing tactics, working to grow and optimize our online presence through testing, landing page optimization, bidding strategies, strong messaging and agency collaboration and management.
- Collaborate closely with sales stakeholders to improve inbound lead quality, quantity and process management.
- Media planning, budget management, testing strategy, and campaign tracking.

- Strong project management and communication skills
- A passion for data quality and insights, with the ability to drive business recommendations via analytics
- Ability to create and implement strategic media plans with proven, measurable results
- Ability to operate in fast paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities
Skills & Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, preferably in B2B, spearheading digital marketing demand generation.
- Must have previous budget management experience.
- Must have previous experience in oversight of paid media channels including PPC and display.
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Experience with digital agencies, online marketplaces or digital marketing consultancies.
- Experience working with MarTech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range: $120,000 – $150,000 USD. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
