🗓️ Schedule: Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, business hours

💰 Salary: we are open to hearing salary expectations We pay USD/month (full salary paid, no discounts)

📈 Team & Vendor Management

👥 Lead, mentor, and develop a top-tier marketing team

🔗 Manage external vendors and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

📊 Strategic Marketing Planning

🗺️ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals

💡 Participate in strategy meetings and provide valuable insights

📅 Omnichannel Campaign Management

📱 Oversee the planning and optimization of omnichannel marketing campaigns

🔍 Track, analyze, and optimize performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI

💻 Paid Media & Social Media

💰 Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

📣 Drive engagement and lead generation through social media platforms

📰 Content Marketing & PR

🎥 Lead content strategies, including e-books, webinars, and thought leadership pieces

🌟 Coordinate PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation

🤝 Lead Generation

🔑 Focus on B2B lead generation strategies in outsourcing, nearshoring, and BPO industries

📬 Use marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo) to nurture leads and optimize customer journeys

🚀 Growth Marketing & Experimentation

🧪 Implement growth strategies through A/B testing and rapid experimentation

📉 Optimize marketing effectiveness by analyzing metrics like CAC, LTV, and churn rate

🎉 Event Planning & Sponsorship

🎤 Organize client events, manage vendors, and ensure optimal execution

🎯 Manage sponsorships and end-to-end event processes, from selection to campaign execution

What We’re Looking For 👀

🔧 Experience: Proven track record in outsourcing, nearshoring, or BPO industries

📊 Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation tools, and data analysis

🎤 Communication: Strong storytelling and content creation skills

💡 Leadership: Ability to lead teams and manage change with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills 🌱

🤖 Familiarity with AI tools, Web3, and emerging B2B technologies

🌍 Knowledge of SEO, website development, and UX/UI principles
