The Senior MarketingManager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensivemarketing strategies that encompass digital, social, and traditionalchannels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenuegrowth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brandawareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in thedirect-to-consumer (DTC) market or coaching industry.Lead cross-functional marketing teams to develop and implementintegrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditionalchannels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities,and consumer insights that inform marketing strategy and campaigndevelopment.Oversee the development of creative assets, messaging, and content thatresonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversion.Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and trackperformance metrics to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) and budgetefficiency.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, sales, andcustomer support to align marketing initiatives with overall businessobjectives and customer needs.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and bestpractices in marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitiveedge.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance,coaching, and development opportunities to support their growth andsuccess.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
