Job Description
Senior Marketing Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key marketing driver in our growing organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Regional Marketing, you will help us reach new levels of client engagement, drive volume growth for our practices, and further differentiate our brand.
We are looking for 1 to 2 candidates who are curious, agile learners with high emotional intelligence and a drive for success. Ideal candidates will have experience wearing many hats within a marketing organization and be ready to advance their careers by gaining exposure to various mediums, strategies, and initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and at our practices to create impactful and engaging marketing strategies.
The right fit will thrive in an entrepreneurial, empowering environment, eager to learn and grow while tackling various aspects of marketing. From building relationships with our veterinarian practices to driving customer growth strategies and executing campaigns in email, SMS, and website development, this role will have a high impact across our business.
Success in this role requires exceptional agility, time management, execution excellence, strategic drive, and a hunger for insights and solutions that drive the business. You will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and various cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Communicate frequently with Regional Managers to adapt to the fast-paced changes in the veterinary industry related to marketing efforts
Develop and implement client growth strategies for our practices
Support the development of technology solutions to enhance client engagement and optimize performance
Lead the execution of email, website launches, SMS campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
Build and maintain high-impact relationships with our practices
Utilize marketing analytics to inform strategies and drive optimizations
Develop and apply Test & Learn messaging, frequency, and channel tests at scale
Manage projects, budgets, timelines, resources, and provide executive status reports
Lead agency and freelance partners to create outstanding marketing executions
Partner with practices for website redesigns, content gathering, and launches
Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of marketing technology solutions
Support practices with content calendars, social media, and performance reviews
Provide technical and strategic input on projects to achieve optimal results
Communicate project status and challenges effectively
Resolve questions and issues for the team and stakeholders
Support the development of our brand to further differentiate our organization
Perform other business needs and duties as assigned
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience In The Veterinary Industry Is Preferred
1+ years of supervisory experience is preferred
Ability to attend corporate collaborative sessions and visit practices as required (Up to 25% travel expected)
Additional Information
