The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced, driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll oversee a range of marketing efforts—from digital and social media to automation and event management—while working hands-on to bring our strategic vision to life.
As an essential part of our team, you’ll blend strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll take ownership of our marketing roadmap, develop key initiatives, and manage our marketing activities with the support of outsourced resources.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that combine advertising, social media, and sales efforts, collaborating closely with external resources to ensure smooth execution.
Events & Webinars: Create and host engaging webinars and events that generate leads and strengthen customer relationships.
Brand & Product Marketing: Lead the creation of our brand strategy and marketing plan, including initiatives focused on product marketing.
Customer Summit: Plan and manage impactful marketing events, including our annual customer summit.
Email & Automation: Design targeted email campaigns, build automated drip campaigns tailored to customer journeys, and manage marketing automation through HubSpot.
Digital Advertising: Plan, track, and optimize SEM and paid social media campaigns, leveraging data to build a strategic, results-driven marketing approach.
Website Management: Oversee website updates and content using platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.
Innovation: Identify new digital platforms and leverage AI tools to keep our marketing at the cutting edge.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience with a proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in a startup setting.
Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and ability to develop strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Experience in product marketing and crafting compelling messaging is a plus.
Expertise in using HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Skilled at managing complex projects, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
Data-driven, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with webinars and events is a plus.
