TXOne provides OT-focused cybersecurity solutions specifically designed to protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) from cyberattacks. ICS are complex ecosystems where legacy and next-generation devices work together to keep highly automated production processes moving. However, this complex infrastructure is easily exploitable. ICS vulnerabilities are being attacked in ever-increasing numbers and cyber-attacks are spreading rapidly, disrupting production, damaging assets, and putting lives at risk. TXOne provides solutions to secure environments at both the endpoint and network level to protect operations against known and unknown threats.


What you will do:

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-starting Senior Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness of TXOne Network’s brand and generate leads across the Americas region. You will be responsible for developing content and multi-channel marketing campaigns to support end customers, OEM, and channel partner initiatives. This role will also project manage and evaluate advertising and paid media opportunities that align with business objectives. We’re looking for a quick learner who has excellent communication skills, who will dig in to learn about the OT/ICS cybersecurity industry, and develop compelling, multi-media content about TXOne solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Americas marketing plan to generate leads and pipeline, which includes campaign management for end customers and channel partners, paid media programs, and collaboration with external agencies.
  • Work closely with the Americas Channel Team to execute channel programs, content development, and distribution marketing plans.
  • Develop, write, edit and repurpose marketing content to support field Sales and Channel teams, which can include simplifying technical, complex concepts into digestible content.
  • Oversee advertising and paid media opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads that fit the ideal customer profile.
  • Collaborate with the Americas Marketing Team to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey that result from campaigns, events, advertising, and other efforts to help qualify and identify prospects for the sales organization.
  • Contribute to the development and reporting of performance metrics to monitor conversion rates and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Support the recruitment and development of compelling customer success stories.
  • Assist with global and regional SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic.
  • Explore internal content management and communication strategies that help drive sales enablement.
  • Travel to team meetings and industry events as assigned by the Director of Marketing.


Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Technical aptitude and interest in learning about cybersecurity products
  • Channel marketing experience
  • Experience with campaign creation, content marketing, or sales enablement
  • Excellent literacy, writing, editing and proofing skills as well as strong internal and external communication skills
  • This role will require some travel to meetings and events (estimated 25% travel)


Nice to have:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
  • Cybersecurity industry knowledge
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot preferred
