Senior Marketing Specialist | RTM Connect by BetterWho | Jamaica
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various marketing categories and demonstrate the ability to drive successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website SEO: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Google Ads: Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Create and implement strategies for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Generate engaging content to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to derive insights, track performance, and inform decision-making.
- Graphic Design:
- Create eye-catching digital ads that align with our brand.
- Edit videos for promotional purposes and social media content.
- Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- A/B Testing Ads: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
- Tracking KPI’s for Ad Performance: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness.
- API & Integrations: Manage API integrations for CRM systems and track ad performance effectively.
- Marketing Software Knowledge: Utilize high-level marketing software and tools to enhance strategies and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing software.
- Experience in managing and executing digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and API management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedules Monday – Friday, business hours.
Hourly rate $10 – $15
