Position Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Media Buyer with expertise in driving high ROI through data-driven strategies and campaign optimizations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing performance-based digital campaigns, with an emphasis on PPC, paid social, and display advertising. This role demands a high level of analytical skill, a deep understanding of GA4, and a proven track record of achieving aggressive ROI goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Execute High-ROI Campaigns: Create and manage performance-focused search, display, and social campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and other platforms, focusing on maximizing ROAS and achieving aggressive KPI targets.
- Campaign Optimization: Conduct continuous campaign optimizations, including multivariate testing (A/B testing), audience segmentation, and bid adjustments to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced Excel techniques to analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on real-time data insights.
- Extensive Keyword Analysis: Leverage tools like SEM Rush to conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for high-performing, cost-effective keywords.
- Creative Optimization: Develop compelling ad copy, optimize creatives, and adjust landing pages to enhance conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Platform Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and performance tracking to meet defined ROI goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in performance-based media buying, with a proven track record of achieving aggressive ROI and KPI targets.
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced Excel capabilities, with a strong focus on data-driven campaign analysis and reporting.
- Deep PPC Knowledge: In-depth understanding of PPC strategies, optimization techniques, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) metrics.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Ability to independently evaluate campaign data and make informed optimization decisions that maximize ROAS.
- Proficiency in SEM Rush or similar tools for comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Strong Experience in Facebook Advertising and / or Google Ads, with a focus on achieving performance-based goals on social platforms. Experience with TikTok, Bing, and Yahoo a plus.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Skilled in refining campaigns through ad copy, creative testing, and landing page optimization to drive conversions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
