We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buying Expert – Performance & Strategy, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media buying strategies that drive performance and meet business goals. You will work closely with the strategy and creative teams to ensure that our campaigns align with client objectives while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Your insights will directly impact client satisfaction and growth.. Your experience within the GCC market is essential, and you must be adept at navigating these dynamic sectors to achieve outstanding results.

This is a Full-Time Job – Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Develop, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and LinkedIn. Capable of creating comprehensive marketing funnels and understanding the buyer’s journey to enhance strategic approaches.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify key opportunities and audience segments for performance campaigns, leveraging insights to inform strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and optimize ad spend across various media channels to ensure maximum efficiency and return on investment.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience, ensuring alignment with core marketing principles.
  • Testing and Optimization: Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies, aiming for optimal engagement and conversion.
  • Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to measure campaign success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and performance insights to stakeholders, highlighting results, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media buying technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of media buying experience. Creative agencies environment is prefered.
  • Proven experience working in E-Commerce and Generating Leads.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and programmatic buying.
  • Experience with data analysis and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Solid knowledge of KPIs and metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Understand how to create a successful funnel
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
