RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build, manage, and grow client relationships, offering innovative solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Pitch new business by leveraging ADBRO’s proprietary services to design media solutions that deliver high-impact results.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic high-impact marketing solutions and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Analyze market trends and collaborate with internal teams to create long-term relationship campaigns.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with both company policies and client requirements.
  • Provide sales reports, insights, and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Promote ADBRO marketing solutions in the local market.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in media sales or a similar role, preferably within an agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital media landscapes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for media and advertising.
  • Connections with programmatic teams in various media agencies are an advantage.
  • Fluent English writing skills.
