Duties: With somewhere between 1200 and 1400 settlements due in 2024, this is a pivotal role to take the helm of a small team of Member Care Managers and ensure exceptional service and guidance is provided to clients following the purchase of property, right through to settlement. Duties will include:

Supervise the day to day operations of the team, including setting and monitoring goals and performance
Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement
Ensure departmental policies and best practices are adhered to
Take over escalated member issues and utilise for training / developmental purposes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – sales, marketing and operations

Specific requirements:

2+ years in a similar role within a high-volume developer, builder, broker etc
Possess a solid understanding of timeframes within the development process
Experience managing staff / a team will be viewed with preference
Maturity and a client-experience-focused mindset
Real Estate Certificate of License is preferred (but not essential)
Ideally have a passion for property investing and a high EQ
