- Supervise the day to day operations of the team, including setting and monitoring goals and performance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement
- Ensure departmental policies and best practices are adhered to
- Take over escalated member issues and utilise for training / developmental purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – sales, marketing and operations
- 2+ years in a similar role within a high-volume developer, builder, broker etc
- Possess a solid understanding of timeframes within the development process
- Experience managing staff / a team will be viewed with preference
- Maturity and a client-experience-focused mindset
- Real Estate Certificate of License is preferred (but not essential)
- Ideally have a passion for property investing and a high EQ

Duties: With somewhere between 1200 and 1400 settlements due in 2024, this is a pivotal role to take the helm of a small team of Member Care Managers and ensure exceptional service and guidance is provided to clients following the purchase of property, right through to settlement.
