We are searching for a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend APIs using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Node.js, React.js, Node.js) with a focus on backend development. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers and other engineers to deliver high-quality web applications that meet user needs.

We also require candidates that has AWS experience.

Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database schema using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Frontend Development: Build interactive, responsive user interfaces with Next.js, and Tailwind CSS leveraging modern frameworks and best practices, including hooks, context API, and Redux for state management.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in professional software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and object-oriented programming principles.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and backend development concepts.
• Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for building high-quality software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Next.js Expertise: Implement server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes with Next.js to enhance application performance and SEO.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation, ensuring efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges, optimizing applications for speed and reliability.

Mon-Fri, 10am -7pm (India Time)

Pay: ₹120,000.00 per month
