Senior Mobile React Native Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Mobile React Native Developer to join our team and take the lead on building efficient, high-performance mobile applications that run seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in React Native and mobile development essentials, coupled with a capability to integrate APIs and manage version control using Git.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Ensure robustness, performance, and maintainability of the codebase
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to define app features and requirements
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Integrate third-party APIs while understanding the asynchronous nature of JavaScript
• Utilize version control systems like Git for efficient team collaboration and code management
• Uphold security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Address and resolve application issues, applying strong problem-solving skills
• Keep an eye on user feedback to continuously improve the app experience
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the mobile development community

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development
• Proficiency in using React to build user interface components
• Expertise in integrating React Native for the development of iOS and Android applications
• Familiarity with core mobile app development concepts including lifecycle management and native mobile features such as camera and GPS
• Proficient in integrating third-party APIs and managing asynchronous JavaScript
• Proficient use of Git as a version control system
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and project updates
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on creating intuitive user experiences
