Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional mortgage services, guiding clients through every step of the mortgage process from application to closing. Your mission will be to understand clients’ financial goals and offer tailored mortgage solutions to best meet their needs. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
Assist clients through the entire mortgage process, including pre-qualification, application, underwriting, and closing for both purchase and refinance transactions.
Provide information on available loan programs and products to clients.
Evaluate clients’ financial status and creditworthiness to identify the best mortgage options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
Monitor the progress of loan applications, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Address any client questions or concerns throughout the loan process.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient loan processing.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage your pipeline effectively to ensure smooth loan progression.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting, and regulations.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of loans effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in mortgage software and related tools.
Must hold a valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in the applicable state(s).
A client-focused approach with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
