Job Summary:

Moris Media is looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking creative team. As a leading PR and digital marketing agency, we strive to deliver innovative and engaging content for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, extensive experience in motion graphics, and a passion for producing visually captivating content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop exceptional visuals that communicate our brand message across various platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, video producers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and produce visually striking motion graphics for web, social media, and video content.
Transform Concepts into Visual Stories: Translate complex ideas into compelling motion graphics that effectively convey the intended message to diverse target audiences.
Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to maintain the cutting edge of our visual content.
Ensure Timely Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest level of design quality.
Problem-Solving & Creative Solutions: Identify potential design challenges early and contribute innovative solutions to achieve optimal results.

Primary Skills:

Expertise in Motion Graphics Design: Strong command of animation techniques, 3D design, and motion graphics creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with an understanding of integrating these tools in motion design.
3D Animation Skills: Knowledge of software such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
Visual Storytelling: Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and pacing to create compelling visual narratives.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve design challenges while adhering to project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or Related Field.
5+ Years of Experience: Professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or a similar design role.
Strong Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Maya) is desirable.

Experience:

Proven Track Record: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in the motion graphics design industry.
Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation, motion graphics, and video production is essential.
Multimedia Experience: Experience creating content for various platforms, including social media, web, and video.
