We’re passionate about helping people sleep better, and we’re looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to bring our brand vision to life across all visual and digital channels.

Position Overview:
As a Multimedia Designer at Smart Nora, you will play a central role in developing engaging, visually captivating content that communicates our brand story, enhances customer experience, and drives brand awareness. From product packaging to digital content, social media assets, and interactive media, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Packaging Design: Create packaging and labeling designs that reflect Smart Nora’s brand identity, ensure clarity, and appeal to target customers. This includes designing mockups and physical packaging concepts.
• Content Creation & Graphic Design: Design and produce graphics for digital and print, including ads, social media, email newsletters, presentations, and website visuals.
• Video Production & Editing: Develop, edit, and produce engaging video content, including product demos, explainer videos, testimonials, and social media videos.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Design animated content and motion graphics to enhance video assets, ads, and website visuals, capturing attention and driving engagement.
• UI/UX Design Support: Collaborate with the web and product teams to develop user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces that provide a seamless customer experience.
• Interactive & Multimedia Content: Create interactive digital elements like infographics, GIFs, and animations to communicate complex ideas simply and engagingly.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Smart Nora’s brand guidelines, tone, and voice, helping build a cohesive visual identity across all channels.

• Experience: 3+ years as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across multiple mediums.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with video production and editing software.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience working with brands in the wellness, lifestyle, or tech sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
