Your role will be pivotal in advocating for groundbreaking medicines that aim to redefine patient experiences. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, you will ensure the dissemination of essential knowledge and resources to facilitate optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the promotion of approved product indications and spearhead the launch of innovative therapies, including KarXT (xanomeline-trospium), striving to surpass regional sales objectives.
- Cultivate an in-depth scientific comprehension of assigned products and therapeutic areas to deliver impactful, evidence-based counsel to healthcare professionals.
- Formulate and execute customized territory and account strategies to drive business development.
- Engage in substantive scientific dialogues with healthcare providers, showcasing clinical data and product insights that resonate with the latest research.
- Organize and lead educational initiatives such as lunch-and-learn sessions to impart valuable information effectively.
- Maintain a current understanding of emerging research and data to uphold a high level of expertise in the field.
- Foster collaboration across various organizational teams to guarantee exceptional customer experiences and share actionable insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications
- An advanced scientific degree (e.g., MS, PhD, PharmD) or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical science, or related disciplines, with a notable record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Experience within the neuropsychiatry space is an asset.
