Senior Node Js Software Engineer (Remote)

Our Client is a US-based learning management system. The company provides development and IT training services for software professionals. They offer online training courses for developers and IT administrators through their website. In terms of this assignment, we will be working as an independent team with the client’s stakeholders in the US.

IF YOU ARE

• A holder of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
• Showing 4+ years of recent experience in Node.js with Express or Nest.js
• Versed in AWS services with focus on RDS (PostgreSQL), Dynamo DB, S3, EKS, CloudFront, CI/CD, Kafka
• Proficient in Front-end development using React and Redux
• Confident in unit testing
• Skilled in writing scalable, highly performant, instrumented, and clean code
• A master of requirements interpretation, architectures, and designs refining
• Good at extending UIs using existing templates and designs
• Knowledgeable of design patterns and their applications
• Accustomed to working in Agile development environments
• Experienced in distributed applications implementation with message broker (primarily Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Aware of deployment of applications developed
• Strong at distributed transaction tracing (e.g. NewRelic, Dynatrace cloud tools)
• Demonstrating B2+ English level (written and spoken) to cover daily communication with the team
