In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring projects run smoothly and effectively, making a significant impact on client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee large project management teams, breaking down complex programs and managing staffing to ensure successful project execution.
  • Planning & Oversight: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing direction to team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, sharing project updates and metrics while recommending necessary adjustments.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, escalate issues as needed, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Business Development: Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and support proposal efforts to contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 9+ years managing complex projects or programs through the full project lifecycle, with at least 3 years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare preferred.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Catalyst, PMP) and budget management.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor junior team members, translating broad objectives into clear project goals.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to motivate and align stakeholders and team members.

  • Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote position with occasional travel (10-15%).
  • Interviews: Video interviews are required, including during the first week of orientation.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: (86,800 – )124,000 per year, based on location, experience, and skills.
