Job Overview
The Senior Operations Analyst will play a critical role in managing and analyzing the data that drives the work of our customer-facing teams in Service Delivery. This role is pivotal in creating, monitoring, and addressing the data needs of our stakeholders. You will report to the Manager, Customer Operations, as part of the Service Delivery Operations organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, capable of turning complex, varied data into a coherent and impactful narrative. They will collaborate with different departments and cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless data collection, governance, and reporting, ensuring that the data both informs and tells the story of our service excellence. Additionally, this person will be expected to dive deep into source systems like Jira and Salesforce, extracting key information swiftly to support operational decisions.

Job Description and Requirements
- Data Analysis: Serve as the primary point of contact for the creation, monitoring, and resolution of queries related to customer-facing data. Run, interpret and share data and performance results with stakeholders, including standardized reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis from various inputs (Salesforce, JIRA, etc.).
- Data Visualization: Leverage superb visualization skills to create compelling data dashboards (Tableau) and presentations (PowerPoint), making complex information accessible and actionable for our stakeholders and our customers.
- Data Storytelling: Synthesize data from varied sources into a streamlined narrative that supports strategic decision-making and demonstrates the impact of our services.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Participate in business-critical operational projects that partner, collaborate, and strategize with teams inside and outside of Service Delivery. Facilitate communication between departments to establish efficient data collection pathways, ensuring that all relevant data is captured and utilized effectively.
- System Analysis: Conduct deep dives into source systems to quickly uncover key information, supporting operational needs and decision-making processes.
- Premier Success Program Data: Manage and analyze data specific to our Premier Success Program, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting to support our highest-value customers.
- Data Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Other duties as assigned, per the needs of the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- 3+ years experience building or enhancing dashboards within data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a SaaS or subscription-based software company.
- Experience with SQL and other query languages
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
- Experience working with large datasets from various sources, including CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and project management tools (i.e. Jira).
- Experience delivering data insights to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
zł114 000 and zł172 000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
