Senior Paid Social Media Buyer (Remote)

Moredemand is hiring and we are looking for you to be a part of the team!

Note: This is a full time, 40 hours per week position – non-client facing. NOT seeking a white label relationship or outsourcing relationship.

Description: We need a mid/high-level Social Ad (Meta/TikTok) Media Buyer to handle the ad buying for various client accounts.

Mid-level means that you have excellent knowledge of FB ads manager and general strategies for ad buying.

High-level means that you have outstanding knowledge of FB ads manager and have great analytical strategies for ad buying. Alongside this, you’re aware of the human psychology of ads and how ad copy and creative can make people desire a product/service.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the management a range of accounts that spend multiple 7-figures annually.

Niches: Lead generation for Loans, Claims, Insurance, Mortgages, Pensions – anything consumer finance!

Requirements:

• At least 200k ad spend managed in the past 12 months.
• Firm understanding of creative strategy for ad account content production and planning.
• Be able to create copy and marketing angles for financial services
• Be open to hearing feedback and suggestions that may improve performance (don’t be a know it all).
• Be able to follow our internal processes and strategical implementation for ad account management.

Daily Activities:

• Check in on the ad accounts under your management multiple times per day.
• Make adjustments to budget, bids, creative, etc., as needed each day.
• Coordinate with designers and the creative team to secure the assets you need to launch ads. You can design your own, but we have creative people as well
• Create potential new angles and copy as needed.
• Anything else needed to make sure accounts perform and clients stay happy.
• Liaise with head of performance to build reports for clients

Other stuff:

We expect you to be available during your shift for fast communication with the rest of the team. We’re not looking for a white label or agency/client type of relationship.

Salary depends on experience as on top of a monthly wage, you’re also compensated on performance. If you’re seeking a high salary relative to your location, be ready to show proof of past performance.
