About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll focus on developing and nurturing strategic relationships with top marketing and fundraising agencies within the nonprofit sector, as well as with large national and international federated organizations. You will play a key role in driving joint value creation and expanding our footprint within the enterprise nonprofit market through these partnerships.
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining executive-level relationships, crafting integrated partnership strategies, and ensuring successful platform adoption with agencies and federated organizations. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to help nonprofit organizations around the world fundraise more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a partnership strategy targeting top nonprofit marketing and fundraising agencies, as well as major national and international federated organizations such as the Red Cross, United Way, Greenpeace, and YMCAs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at these organizations.
Collaborate with agency and federated organization leaders to create compelling joint value propositions and integrated offerings.
Drive platform adoption by working closely with partners to provide training, enablement, and ongoing support.
Negotiate and manage strategic partnership agreements, including setting joint revenue targets, co-selling activities, and success metrics.
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment with broader company goals, and to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of agencies and federated organizations.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, building the brand and identifying new partnership opportunities within the nonprofit sector.
Skills And Qualifications
7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of success in the nonprofit technology space, particularly with agencies and federated organizations.
Strong understanding of the nonprofit fundraising landscape, key players, and the needs of large agencies and federated organizations.
Executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders in the nonprofit sector.
Excellent strategic thinking, able to create mutually beneficial partnership frameworks tailored to different stakeholders.
Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions effectively to diverse audiences.
Experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships, particularly in the nonprofit space.
Familiarity with partner management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, Crossbeam) is a plus.
Willingness to travel as necessary to foster relationships and attend relevant industry events.
