We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with proven experience working with small business owners in the North American market. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the customer journey from end-to-end, with a strong focus on retention and upselling as key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a leadership role where the Senior Partner will oversee and coordinate various teams, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and web design, ensuring that the small business owner’s needs are fully catered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Take ownership of the customer journey, focusing on customer retention and upselling.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as social media managers, email marketers, content creators, and web designers.
• Ensure that all marketing and creative efforts are aligned with the customer’s goals and needs.
• Focus on maximizing ROAS for small businesses with limited budgets.
• Think creatively to implement unique and effective ad strategies.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve the best possible results in real-time.
• Provide detailed reporting and insights on campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns for small business owners in North America.
• Demonstrable success in achieving high ROAS with low budgets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.
• A portfolio or case study showcasing how you helped a small business owner grow with a limited monthly budget.
• Ability to think creatively and implement unconventional strategies to drive success.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
