About The Role
As the Senior Manager of Partnerships Strategy, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic partnerships that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, sales, merchandising, and product to ensure partnerships are aligned with The RealReal’s long-term goals. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, a knack for building and nurturing relationships, and the ability to generate innovative partnership ideas that drive business results.

What You Get To Do Every Day
Develop and execute partnership strategies to support key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals, including customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Lead the negotiation, execution, and management of partnerships, including contractual agreements, performance tracking, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales efforts.
Analyze market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape to continuously refine partnership strategies and approaches.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans that align with The RealReal’s goals in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve performance, leveraging data and financial analysis.
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in strategy, business development, and marketing or some combination thereof
Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in management consulting, retail, luxury goods, or technology-enabled services is highly preferred
Proficiency in data manipulation languages and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Looker.)

The expected salary range for this role is $-$. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
